As the bodies of street girls start to add up in Anchorage, fear strikes a chord with the public. Detective Flothe goes on a personal manhunt to find the killer and risks his life to find him before the next body surfaces. When a seventeen year old escapee (Dakota Fanning) comes running to the law, Detective Flothe finally finds his lead and nears his killer. But will he catch him in time to save the next victim, or will it be too late…?
